Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
- Belgium & Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- International (outside Europe): 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Velvet & Vitality is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order when it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at velvetenvital@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velvet & Vitality is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at velvetenvital@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
